FundingPips has announced a set of rule changes affecting its evaluation and Master accounts, removing three rules.
Here are the Highlights of the article “FundingPips Removes Three Rules Across Evaluation Accounts”:
FundingPips has announced a set of rule changes affecting its evaluation and Master accounts, removing three rules that previously shaped how traders managed positions and profits. The changes apply to new purchases, while ZERO accounts remain excluded.
Under the update, FundingPips has removed its Risk Per Trade Idea, Striking System, and Profit Concentration rules. The firm has also highlighted the availability of a Faster to Master route and customizable Daily Loss settings as part of the revised offering.
The removal of the Risk Per Trade Idea gives traders more flexibility in determining how much risk to assign to individual positions, subject to the remaining account-level rules. For traders who use different position-sizing approaches depending on market conditions, this could reduce the need to structure trades around a separate per-trade restriction.
The elimination of the Striking System is another notable change. Removing this requirement potentially simplifies the rule framework for traders who previously had to account for the system when planning or executing their strategies. However, traders will still need to follow FundingPips’ other applicable trading conditions.
FundingPips has also removed Profit Concentration, which can affect how traders distribute gains across their trading activity. Without this restriction, traders may have greater freedom to generate returns through a smaller number of higher-performing trades rather than having profitability constrained by concentration requirements.
The firm is simultaneously promoting its Faster to Master route, giving traders an alternative path within its account structure. Customizable Daily Loss is also there, allowing traders to adjust this risk parameter according to their setup where the option is available.
Importantly, the changes do not apply to ZERO accounts. FundingPips also specified that the revised rules apply only to new purchases, meaning traders with existing accounts should not automatically assume that their current conditions have changed.
For traders considering a new FundingPips account, the update therefore changes the practical rule set they will need to review before entering an evaluation. The key distinction is between new eligible accounts and existing or ZERO accounts, making it important to check the applicable terms before trading.
